On the first level there will be a display addressing the history of our area, we have displays pertaining to the MKM Knitting Mill, Maryborough Flour mill, Phelans Homes, Maryborough Printing and many other trading and sporting clubs which have been part of making Maryborough the town it is today. Worsley Cottage covers the discovery of our wonderful town, as to not duplicate a display we decided to cover industry and the development of the town from 1916 onward. We are at the moment adding a model boat display which includes a two metre model of the Titanic. Plus plans are underway for the inclusion of a model train display in November. The art gallery is open on the top floor for artists to display their wonderful work. The opening exhibition will be works by the very talented Llynda Chapman and Bob Paquette - a variety of paintings, prints, photographs and ceramics. We believe time spent looking at their exhibition is time well spent. Here is an example of the diverse works of Llynda and Bob. Llynda and Bob operate under the name of Paqaroo Studios. Their web site is still under construction (we know that feeling).
At Rest Pondering Just over the hill Phillip Island Their other works are just as impressive, we are sure you won't be disappointed.--- John Ristrom.... The Trains have arrived ........ John has added his own personality to the meaning of painting the old iron horse.   
His water colours have taken the art to a new level. Mostly stream train with re productions of his work and originals. It is a fantastic display. Well worth the effort.
-----Neeta Dowling ----- Neeta added her own class to the gallery with several of her lovely paintings   and tapestries. Just adds another direction to our growing display. ------ Robyn Carter ------ Robyn has contributed with her very reasonably priced and very attractive folk art items, these are very well presented, painted and would add colour to any house. If you like folk art, is a must.
New to the Gallery are works from Helen and Bill Kemp also Susie Oh. Pictures to follow. There are paintings, tapestries and prints on display and for sale of other artists also. WE now have Model Boats,Tanks and Ho scale model trains. This is situated on the top floor. We now have something for everyone. Over 100 pieces with model planes about to land
